Kirsten earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2004.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University in 2000. 

 

During law school, Kirsten concentrated her studies in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate.  She participated in Seattle University School of Law’s Estate Planning Clinic where she assisted clients with their estate plans.

 

Prior to law school, Kirsten worked for 10 years as a Legal Assistant for a firm which emphasized Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Business Law.  

 

Prior to opening the Law Office of Kirsten A. Samwel, PLLC, Kirsten was an associate attorney with the firm of McKell Graff, PLLC, where she handled several family law and estate planning clients.

    

 

 

 

                    

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

 

  • Kirsten has done some work with the:

Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Association which provides legal services to low income and indigent persons. 

    

  • Kirsten is also a member of the:

Modest Means Section of the Clark County Bar Association.

 

  • And Kirsten is a lifetime member of the:

Daughters of the Pioneers of Washington, Fort Vancouver
